I am blessed to have joined a team of Youth who have Plan B in mind in achieving Financial Freedom. In order to recognise top achievers during the month of October 2010, a total of 300 selected people joined for this event which was held at JW Marriott Putrajaya (IOI Properties).

The basic principal that I’m trying to achieve here is something powerful called Passive Income. What we are currently earning from our 9-6 jobs is called Active Income; we have to be physically there in order to earn a living. Whereas Passive Income means that you will be still earning even though you’re fast asleep at home or while playing golf in Paris. The concept is simple, Multi-Level Marketing.

Many people out there (including me at one point) are very sceptical about Multi-Level Marketing. But not all know the true power of it. Simply put, Can you work 30 hours in a day? Impossible right, but with 30 people under you each working 1 hour a day, isn’t that 30 hours working for you? I’m now one of the biggest fans of Network Marketing.

When I did a research about Multi-Level Marketing before joining Bonafide Academy, I realised that in 2-3 years time, 70% of businesses are going to be MLM based. Even Bill Gates mentioned in an interview that if Microsoft fails today, he will be introducing MLM into their future business plan. 2 other powerful figures in the business world, Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki have merged and invented a MLM company called the Trump Network.

There are many MLM companies out there in Malaysia, below are some of the things you must consider before selecting a company to venture in.

How well are they endorsed with the Government and certification from bodies like Syariah etc?
What product are they dealing with? Are there many competitors out there? Straight up I can tell you don’t bother with Health products and Household products.
How new are they in the market? It’s best we join when the business is in the pioneer stages.
How much selling or buying do you have to do?
Study the returns of investment properly, what are the maintenance costs?
All MLM companies will have trainings provided which will incur more investments. Make sure that they are affordable. Don’t bother with those that tell you no extra training required, there’s no room for development there.
How good is the team support?

With all of those in mind, I have selected to be with this particular company. I’m being very open in this post and telling you that any MLM is good, just make sure that it brings you returns. I made my returns in less than 3 weeks and currently at the rate I’m going at, will be hitting my 5-figure income in a few months time.

You can get such opportunity with employment life, but it will probably take 10-20 years down the road and not forgetting the number of arses you’ll be kissing along the way. Financial Freedom, Work when you want, Earn what you deserve and Enjoy with a lifestyle.
