Photo Of The Day: iCity Shah Alam

For those who have not been to the Magical City Of Lights, namely i-city Shah Alam in Selangor, they should immediately plan to do so this coming weekend. The magical LED lights that are displayed in the quantity of millions are simply amazing. I City Shah Alam was created as a technology hub and according to the owners, it is currently a Family Chill area as they are open till late night. But sooner or later, the whole place will be a residential area with towering apartments and so on. The Idea was to bring millions of people here first and let them enjoy the scenary for a low cost of RM10 per car and later on leverage from that crowd to the sales of real estate. That’s what I call Intelligent.

Monthly there are activities being conducted here and you may want to check out the lights during Chinese New Year and Christmas as they are the best during these seasons. What the owners are trying to create here is probably the style of Las Vegas joints. Who knows in the near future, Malaysia will have another Casino here in Shah Alam and Las Vegas Malaysia will be alive.

The photo of the day today is a simple shot that I took trying to capture the moon together with the Light trees. I wouldn’t say the photograph was perfect, but was kinda ok keeping in mind that I used a normal Sony digital camera.

@smallkucing The camera I used was not that good as well, that’s why the moon looked too tiny. I’m sure the high range DSLRs would get a better shot of this.
