Rose Centre Cameron Highlands Malaysia
Cameron Highlanda Rose Centre in Pahang Malaysia was established since the year 1989 and prior to that it was a vegetale farm. It can be quite tough taking the right road because it is quite hidden. After the Equatorial Hotel and Raaju Hill Strawberry Park you’ll see a busy Kea Farm Market area, you’ll need to turn into the road on your left and roughly after a slow 10 minutes drive up the hill, you’ll see the Rose Centre. It is located in a small town called Kea Farm and is roughly 3 kilometers away from Brinchang.
When they first started, there were no entrance fees, but now you’re to pay RM5 for adults and RM2 for children. They are opened daily from 8am till 6pm.
The climate up at Cameron Highlands is perfect for the Roses and other flowers to grow and bloom. Many have tried buying the plants and grow them at lowlands, but to no avail. The entire park is very well maintained and there are lots of sculptures and figures that you can take photos with. At the peak of Rose Centre, you’ll get an amazing panaromic view of the Kea Farm with it’s terrace farm and villages. Walking up the steep stairways are not that easy, you will be exhausted so do wear some comfortable footwear. Do bring along your sense of humour as the entire place is perfect for photography.
