Wang Sam Sien Pattaya, Thailand
Right beside the Big Buddha Wat on Pattaya Hill, resides an area that is reserved for presenting the collection of Chinese antique work including the Guan Yin, Confucious Classroom, a row of stories (24 stories to be exact) and a park that is quite nice to chill at.
The Wang Sam Sien on Pattaya Hill offers a great calm atmosphere for visitors by planting plants, flowers and beautiful gardens. When I was there, I did really feel peace at heart. You’ll see many Buddhist monks walking around the park meditating and learning at the Confucius Hall. According to the experts, the Wang Sam Sien is a great examply of our modern feng shui because there’s a hill at the background, a pond in the front and right in the center, you will see a statue of Dr Sun Yud Sen who was a Chinese leader for thinking of new generation.
As you enter the Wang Sam Sien, you will also notice a Guan Yin statue and behind this statue is a Large Bell which is modelled after the royal palace of Bei Jing. It’s a great place to do your prayers or just chill and relax. There are no entrance fees, but donations are always welcomed.
